Rest In Picks is an entertainment service for private groups. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — used for authentication and service communications
• Display name — used to identify you within leagues
• Language preference — used to show the interface in your preferred language
• Game data — your picks, scores, and activity within leagues

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your password or any other Google account data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide access to the service and manage your account
• Show you leaderboards and activity in leagues you participate in
• Send you game-related notifications (approvals, deaths, scores) if you opt in
• Improve the service

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database management (data stored in Europe)
• Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery

5. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies required for the service to function: session cookies to keep you authenticated and a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or profiling cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.

If you signed in with Google, you can revoke permissions granted to this app at any time in your Google account settings.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account. Historical game data (scores, events) may be retained in anonymised form after account deletion.
